Yoga breathing
Advanced Yoga breathing exercises are some of the most powerful ways to boost the "vril" or magical power, or "chi". These breathing exercises also stimulate the Kundalini serpent and facilitate the rise.
There are many breathing exercises advanced. To do them properly and effectively, you must have a grasp of basic concepts. Almost all advanced breathing techniques are built from the ground up. Once you are adept at basic breathing, advanced exercises will come with more ease.
The magical power is built step by step, on solid foundations. It's no joking with these exercises, or play worse, because they work to amplify and transform our life force. It 's absolutely necessary to proceed slowly and gradually. Skipping steps, or do the exercises excessively, can be dangerous. As in all things, if there
feel good or comfortable, then interrupt them.
Any exercise of Yoga should end within 10-15 minutes after the start of the relaxation position, and perfect stillness. And 'here where power lies, you may hear a hum, which is nothing but the amplification of your chi / magic power.
WARNING!
DO NOT overdo it, do not go over the limit with no breathing exercise! Do more, here, is NOT the best choice! Hold your breath in the examples is fine as long as it did for a short period of time. Do whatever is comfortable for you. You should never feel stress, lack of air or search desperately for breath, or force yourself.
BREATHING EXERCISES ARE NOT LIKE THE calisthenics! Force yourself, or exaggerate, CAN 'HOW TO RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM.
When you do breathing exercises, start with one or two techniques and do only a maximum of five executions than any technique I describe below. If you are doing Kundalini Yoga exercises that include the breath of fire, know that this is a breathing exercise in itself. You can do the full table for the years of the Kundalini, but I highly recommend you start doing less of the 108 repetitions are given, for example, making only 54 where indicated to make 108, at least for a while 'time. Do not resemble in any way to exercises that you do in the gym, or gymnastics.
For people who already have experience and instead have already done a course, you do what you know is comfortable. Here I'm specifically talking to new people without experience.
