Yoga breathing technique Breathing Vibrato

This type of breathing is essential to be teachers in the use of mantras (words and names of power). The mantra should always be vibrated, NOT just repeated. And 'the vibration that they show their power.

How to Breath Yoga Vibrato (Brahmari):

  1. Breathe in the same manner as the yogi complete breath, filling your lungs up.
  2. When you exhale, vibrating hum. This will prolong the duration of exhalation. (So, inhale fully, then vibrate Hmmmmmmm - with the lips closed - until you have more air).


This is a breathing. Take 5 breaths.
