Symbols Celtic Dog
In the Celtic world, the dogs were symbolically related to hunting, medicine and death, their curative connotation is particularly intriguing: it was believed that certain diseases could be cured by the application of saliva of the dog.
His association with the hunt is obvious, since in all of Europe Celtic paintings appear alongside portraits of dogs hunters or hunters that if they avail themselves to defend themselves and pursue their prey.
